Hidden costs

About 3 months ago I got a celular upgrade from the store. The pricelist that was made available to me claimed a monthly payment of R217 for the upgrade. Now my account is being debited with R299 monthly and the store is saying its for Blackberry services that are charged over and above the contract price. My previous contract was R152 a month inclusive of a phone, airtime, blackberry services etc. (as quoted). Now i get told its not included in the deal but no one bothered to tell me about this when I collected the phone. I requested to have the contract cancelled and they want to charge me over R3000 to cancel. The handset is not even that much???
