NO 3G RECEPTION SINCE NOVEMBER 2013

I AM A LOYAL AND VERY OLD CLIENT FOR CELLC SINCE 2002.I HAVE A 3G SPEED STICK ON CONTRACT WITH CELLC SINCE 2012/2013 IN NOVEMBER 2012, WE IN PRETORIA NORTH DID NOT HAVE 3G RECEPTION FOR TWO MONTHS AND WE WERE TOLD THAT ITS A TECHNICAL PROBLEM AND ITS BEEN ATTENDED TO.THE FUNNY THING IS WE WERE PAYING FOR THE CONTRACTS EVEN THOUGH WE DID NOT GET THE RECEPTION, AND WE WERE NEVER REIMBURSED FOR THE LOST DATA OF TWO MONTHS.AGAIN IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER, NO RECEPTION AND WE WERE TOLD AGAIN THAT ITS A TECHNICAL ISSUE WHICH IS SORTED OUT, BUT NOW ITS GOING TO THREE MONTHS NO CELLC 3G RECEPTION IN PRETORIA NORTH, AND THE BILL IS TAKEN EVEN WHEN I DO NOT GET THE RECEPTION FOR THE DATA I AM PAYING FOR.WHO'S FAULT IS IT? AND NO ONE FROM CELLC IS EVEN TAKING TIME TO INFORM THE CLIENTS OF THIS??? I AM SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW WITH CELLC AND WANT TO KNOW IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR LOYAL CLIENTS???
