Data Usages are u for real? R42000

I have two contracts with you, now you didn't inform me of data charges and off packages that i should load on a contract and then i get a high data usages warning and now i have a bill off over R40 000? so please inform me how does that happen? i have sent accounts an email but no reply

how when not even 6 gig of data is used how is it that much

so i just want to know how is that possible and its never mentioned or anything? Because this is a very large amount
