Service suspended

Hi my phone has been suspended and I am not able to make calls and or send text messages because or a credit limit (which I have never experienced before), yet today (14.01.2014) I have received a text message from MTN to say that my acocunt has been credited. I have been trying to call the 808 number so I can speak to a consultant but the phone is not going through.
