Text Message not working after I installed softwa

I have installed the latest Blackberry Software as requested and immediately after that all my text messages dissappears. I am not able to send and to receive text messages. I have google to check if I can correct, call MTN call centre, Call BlackBerry Europe, Took the phone to MTN repair Midrand with no success. Today I call again the MTN Blackberry help service and I am told exactly what I have been told before. This problem occured since 6 October 2013 and I am currently loosing business as I am not able to communicate through text message.
