Airtime disappeared

21/08/13 I purchased and Rica'd a simcard. I recharged with R15 and received R5 free airtime.
My airtime has disappeared, despite the fact that I have not made any calls, sent any text messages or used the data.

I am also receiving text messages from a 13999 number regarding 'Facebook texts'. Please can these unsolicited text messages be stopped.

Please credit my R15 airtime as well as my free airtime.
