Vodacom
Wrong Cellphone colour and no promised gift

On the19th of December 2013, I applied for Vodacom contract Telephonic-ally and spoke to Simphiwe everything went well and i chose Sam-sung SI II mini S8190 white in colour to my surprise as their December special i have to choose one gift for free and i chose a Blue-tooth device. Then i received a delivery the phone Colour was wrong and the is no gift i called 082 1945 to query about the wrong colour and the gift they told me to call after sales i called after sales they told me call another department i was sent from pillar to post. vodacom has a very poor services they just want sales after that they turn their back on you. the last lady i spoke to Promised to send a query even today i havent heard nothing from them.
