Vodacom - no response, no service!!

My My Vodacom internet profile has an issue, User name and cellnumber of some one else is showing in my profile, dodgy?? Logged a call 2 days ago, still no feed back. Been trying to phone Vodacom customercare on the 082111 number, no one answers!!? phoned 3 times yesterday, tried again this morning, every time I give up after 15 or 30 minutes, no answer??? reference S3-04U89-9W06
