I was overcharged for the month of December 2013. The cap on my account is R600, I was charged over R700, how is this possible? I have spoken to Zandele and Susan in the accounts department after 100 attempts to get through to the department itself and after speaking to them several times am still waiting for my invoices for the year 2013 aswell as my USAGE bill to see why I have been overcharged for the months from September to December. Its now 2 weeks later after calling every single working day to find out why I was charged so much yet I still have not received any invoices or usage bill as I requested.
