MTN IS JUST DISGUSTING!!!

I have had issues with my handset (SAMSUNG S4) for as long as I have had it (mid-October 2013). After much hesitation since acquiring the device itself was a pain, I decided to book it in for them to have a look for me and after confirming the fault is with the device they approved me for a new one but I need to go get it from the initial store I got my device from initially (the same store I've complained has given me the worst service ever).
So today I decide to call them and received the stock.

MTN this is not acceptable, I know you don't care but there is no way I can be without a phone indefinitely. I am really tired of this disgusting service and attitude am getting even when calling your call centre. What I would really like is for you to cancel your stupid contract so I can port my number to cell C because I have a contract with them for years and I have never had any issues of bad attitude and incompetence. I have fought from the very first time I decided to convert my prepaid to contract thus acquiring the S4 and I am really tired of this as you have no intention of giving good service.
