R500 Usage Fee?

I was charged R500 in usage fees.
I signed a contract for an internet 5 package 20G for R199 plus 10G night surfer for R100.
I was also charged R200 for sim and connection which is all fine.

I was overcharged by R500!!! The charge is quoted 'usage fee'.
Why am I being overcharged? I automatically get kicked out when I run out of data and top up using prepaid vouchers.
I thought I was getting a great deal. Would be so unfortunate if I'm being robbed as usual by these mobile network companies.
How do I get my money back???
