I have reported my service out of order on the 9th of January, via SMS service. Recieved a sms with a reference nr and since then nothing... And trying on 10210 to speak to an operator is like looking for a pot of gold at a rainbows end.

My line is down due to a few tree branches that were ripped off and fell on the line during a storm, so they will need to send someone to clear and fix the copper line. Wonder how many months this will take, as they could only manage a sms since the 9th... :-(
