I applied for an uncapped Neotel line last Tuesday and its almost a week and i have had to call them on numrous occassions to find out the status of my app. To make matters worse i have been emailing and leaving messages to get feedback on what the next step is, and no one gets back to me. It seems like their sales staff is always on training... send a complaint to their complaints department [Email Removed] and no responses either and i can see the emails were read.

What terrible service, if you cannot even sell me the product properly, how do you expect me to have confidence in your service? i am the customer and you are not acting very professional!!!
