I cannot seem to Neotel to cancel my service

The call Center informed to cancel the service, I should send an Email to [Email Removed]
After numerous emails which started on the 29th of January I can not get them to contact me to cancel the service.
From what i read here from other neotel customers this seems to be standard practice and I will be getting legal advice. This is against all ethical principals and is not in line with the consumer act.
