I wrote a bad report on Neotel a week ago today, stating how 'uninterested' their staff seem to be in helping out a customer who has paid in advance.
Neotel replied saying that the matter was in superior hands and that a consultant would be in touch 'soon'. Obviously it seems our definitions of soon do not match.
I am still stuck without internet at home and now all my ASSIGNMENTS are due since I am a student, how am I meant to do anything? I should have been contacted that day! I have NEVER in my life had such terrible service from a company, I am COMPLETELY disgusted. I have run out of ideas, you have my money, I want my product please!!! I have been ignored and no effort whatsoever has been made to contact me. I was a happy customer, I am now not.
