Incompetent staff who do NOT pay attention

Following my previous Neotel complaint - I have had a lady by the name of Modiehi Lebenya, "working" on my case.
She called me and explained that Neotel would endeavour to have the arrears payments removed from my ITC profile. Nearly a month later, after following up with her via email, I get one from her advising she was on leave and then she told me why I was placed on ITC - Something I ALREADY KNEW which was NOT my fault!!
Neotel - here's an idea: employ competent staff who will be sure to sort out queries and complaints in an efficient manner - not those who do not endeavour to read and UNDERSTAND the nature of the complaint.
Sort out my ITC record Neotel - I am dragging your name through mud every chance I get.
