Took over a month for my phone to be repaired

Extremely disappointed in the level of customer service!
I have 2 cell phone contracts going, both were upgraded in the last 6 months as I was happy with MTN. I sent my handset for repairs and was told that don't offer a courtesy phone but it should take up to 2 weeks to repair. Within 2 weeks I received an SMS to advise it is ready for collection. Only to find out that my handset was delivered to the Tokai branch instead of Claremont.
A promise was made that a guy will drop it off but the next week I was told he forgot. At this point I was frustrated with the service. Received completion SMS on 23/04 and got the phone a month later on 24/05 after coming into the store multiple times to chase it up.
The consultant drafted an email complaint to the store manager in Claremont (Shane) a week before I got the phone. I was assured he will contact me. When I received the phone I was told he did not acknowledge my complaint and was given his cell number. I tried calling him on 27/05, left a message to call me back. Tried again for a couple of days with no luck. This is unacceptable! I would like a call from management as soon as possible. Unhappy customer, Idrees Hartley
