Mtn fails to fulfil contract

Good day

My name is Ruvesh Haripersad Ramadhar - 0833895789 - mtn account a0579227 . Mtn has yet robbed me by not follwing through with the contract i upgraded to. As of the 10th of jan I was supoosed to get 150 megabytes of data, but I have not received them. Even after numerous calls to the call centre with the following issue nothing has been done. Call ref: 10809708 and 108098071. This is not the first time that mtn has robbed me and I would like someone from mtn to take responsibility and do something about it. Previously I was incorrectly billed over a nine month period also dealing with the store in greenstone.
