Extra Data As Promised Not Received

I took out a new Straight-Up 200 contract with an iPhone 5S at the Apple store in Centurion on 23/11/2013. As per my contract I am supposed to receive an extra 800 megabytes bundle every month. On 01/12/2013 my account has been recharged but I only received 200 megabytes data instead of the 200 Mb 800 Mb data.
I reported this on the very same day and the case number is 3120100498. They informed me someone will contact me within 2 days. Ever since I have not had any feedback or received the extra data bundle as per my contract.
Today when I followed up the call centre informed me that I must go to Apple Centurion, obtain a copy of the contract and fax it to you. This is not acceptable and as it is not my mistake so I feel you have to resolve this as a matter of urgency from your side.
The lady at the call centre also informed that I will be contacted before 17:00 today, but I am still waiting. The persons responsible are Dineo Marang and Nikiwe Ndlozi.
Please ensure that this matter is resolved as a matter of urgency and further that it will not happen in future.
Finally, please phone me and update me as soon as possible.
I trust this matter will be resolved A.S.A.P.
