Outgoing calls suspended due to MTNSP's mistake

On 06March2013 01:50PM MTNSP informed me via email that they have cancelled all my debit orders, to allow me to pay all my cellphone accounts via EFT each month on the 25th. On the 25th I paid all accounts as agreed vie EFT, and MTN also confirmed to me in writing that they have received all my payments 3 days later. Since Monday I'm getting SMS's like the below ones because of the debit order which was suppose to be cancelled by MTN, was returned by my previous bank, which is now a closed account :

"Y'ello, your debit order was returned unpaid. Please remit outstanding balance of R 11.37 incl. RD fee. Kindly ignore if paid. Kind regards, MTNSP"

and also my phones are now suspended due to a mistake on MTN's side

"Y'ello, your outgoing call facility has been suspended. Please remote R11.37 immediately. Kind regards, MTNSP"

Why was the debit order not canceled as confirmed to me by MTNSP?? Why is my phones suspended now because of a mistake on MTN's side. For the past 4 days I have no joy in trying to resolve this matte
