I visited a local Vodacom outlet after doing grocery shopping with the hope of convenience as i wanted to change my debit order details for my contract. I requested to do so in store after being told that this could be done at any Vodacom store. The gentleman who "assisted" me confidently told me that i need to contact accounts on the 082 1946 number. The gentleman did not have a name tag. First of all i have a demanding job that does not afford me the time to wait for hours on hold for me to receive assistance for something that would have taken 5 minutes in store. This is pathetic service. I demand a prompt response to this matter before i take the matter further.
