Shocking handling of Complaint

On 11 October, I migrated my cell-phone number from MTN to Telkom Mobile on Prepaid. Being new to prepaid, I attempted to purchase prepaid airtime via Standard Bank internet banking. It appears I accidently bought Telkom landline prepaid airtime instead of Telkom Mobile prepaid airtime! Of course the Telkom landline prepaid airtime voucher it not useable on Telkom Mobile and is not transferable. It appears that Standard Bank cannot reverse the transaction and I was advised to contact Telkom, who advised I should attempt to sell the vouchers to a Telkom landline user (Of course I do not know anyone who is on a prepaid Telkom landline!). Having found the response unacceptable, I logged a complaint on the Telkom website, a few days later I received an SMS advising me to contact 10210 (no other contact details were provided) and provide voucher details in order that the vouchers could be cancelled and I could be refunded. I contacted Telkom on 10210 and once again nobody had a clue what to do, nor did they have any access to the complaint details I logged. I subsequently logged another complaint on the Telkom website, it has been more than 1 week and still no response?
