Waiting more than a month for fault repai

On the 6th of December 2013 I logged in a fault with my company's telephone. Fault number 276CTZ231213. After numerous calls and promises to date nothing has been done. I'm loosing a lot of income as this is my only line for the business. I still have to pay rental for a line that has been dead for more than a month. Worst service ever or actually NO service at all!
