DISGRACED AT HOW CUSTOMERS GET TREATED!

My mother buys airtime daily to recharge with, on wednesday she bought a recharge voucher at a shop and when she opened it there were a few numbers missing on the recharge pin, she then took it to the shop where she was told she needs to phone customer service after struggling to get through to the department she was told their is nothing that can be done and I know that's not true.
I'm dissapointed as she has been with Cell C for a real long time and she already isn't working for them to rob her like this. So she was left without airtime when she needed to call:((( not cool Cell C
