Fault not attended to

I reported my faulty telephone line on 12/07/2013. to date i have not had any feedback, its been almost a month and line is completely dead. it happens everytime it rains, fault has been reported before but problem still persists. im unable to load airtime because the line has been dead for 4 weeks.
