Not getting back to me on a urgent request

I have my boyfriends phone insured under my insurance and it was lost, so he called to blacklist the phone, which they did but now my insurance requires a Confirmation Letter of the ITC blacklisting from Autopage, which I called the call centre on Tuesday and spoke to Sandra who did not give me a reference number even though I requested one but she said that I must request this via e-mail, which I did - see e-mail: I just contacted Sandra at 12:11 at the customer services call centre in order to request for a written confirmation of ITC blacklisting which my insurance requires - please see the e-mail below
Sandra said that I need to e-mail a written request through to this e-mail and I will definatley get feedback, which I said to her that I disagree because I have sent e-mails to this e-mail address before and have not had a reply. The cell phone number is 074 887 8102.REF # A131212826.Please can you send me a confirmation letter of the ITC blacklisting. I do need this urgently sent to me - I would like you to please take urgent attention to this matter. I got a automatic response said I will be contacted in 24 hours, still no contact and I sent another 2 e-mails & bf called.
