Bad Attitude and Service - Branch and Call Centre

This is briefly the first e-mail sent to Bayside branch - "I am most dissatisfied with the service received from Autopage call centre and also with your Bayside Store Branch Manageress, Savannah Williams. The manner in which she dealt with my request on Thursday 10 January left much to be desired, in fact she was downright rude.
I would strongly suggest that your training of staff regarding customer servicing is jacked up as I was not impressed with the so called "service".
I came in to the store for the first time on 23 Dec 2012 and informed them that my fone had been lost/ and that I required an ITC number in order to get a police case number for insurance purposes.
At the time of the loss/ my son was using my phone with his SIM card.
I have received confirmation sms's advising receipt of request for blacklisting and also that blacklisting of my fone has been done!!! Yet each time I request an ITC No I am given the run around.
Please explain what not having my SIM card in the fone should have to do with obtaining an ITC No."
I did get a response from Mr Bekker but he still didn't sort out or help with my queries. Please can somebody help???
