No response to registered letter and e-mails

Further to the above order reference, I again request written response to my request to cancel the contract as per my registered letter which was a requirement in terms of the contract. As I had notified you earlier I cannot accept telephonic advice, as there are too many conflicting statements being made.

In the meanwhile I have tried to perform "trial/mock" transactions, but without success.

I am not sure either how the six month trial period works if I have had no feedback as to the success or failure over the past months.

I await your urgent response per e-mail (or registered mail as your company would request, and not per telephone) as soon as possible.
