2 Mails sent to [Email Removed] (10/04/2013 - 12h33) and again 16/04/2013 (16h14) Guess what, NO RESPONSE!! Whats new?? Phoned 18/04/2013 (140) spoke to a gentleman who I dont recall the name of but at least he was helpful and assured me he will note my query and also for consultant to phone me on my other number as I only use my Cell C number for free minutes. Rest of the time the phone switched off. Clearly did request call on my other number and not my number with Cell C, also made it clear I sent the 2 e mails with no reponse and AGAIN made very clear I want feedback in writing. To no surprise another week has passed and Cell C did not bother to come back to me!! Despite getting the above reference number which is in any case useless as well. Wont explain again, you have my query and also my other number, also my e mail address so WAKE UP AND SORT OUT MY ISSUES AND GIVE ME WRITTEN FEEDBACK AS YOU DO HAVE MY E MAIL ADDRESS AS WELL. DO NOT PHONE ME ON MY CELL C LINE, THE PHN IS OFF AS I SAID BEFORE, YOU SHOULD HAVE MY OTHER NUMBER WHICH I WONT GIVE TO YOU AGAIN. PATHETIC PATHETIC "SERVICE" ONCE AGAIN FROM CELL C. WAKE UP, SMELL THE COFFEE AND GET BACK TO ME, ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS
