Written proof of blacklisting via email

Hi there

Had my cellphone blacklisted earlier today. I got the ITC number and now I am unable to get written proof besides an sms that reads "itc ref #" nothing else... My insurance company I am with requires the confirmation to be on a letterhead. One consultant says yes it can be done the other says no it can't, then I was told to go to a branch to have it done via them as they email the confirmation to the branch. I called a branch and gave the ITC number but was unable to give me written proof they do not give written proof. I am tired of calling MTN for the same thing over and over since before 11am today. I know it can be done as I work for an insurance company and few of our clients have requested it from MTN and have been successfull so why do I get told it can't be done... Service really when it comes to requesting written proof but so quick to sign one up...
