Contract was taken out by myself. Got divorced, change ownership to ex husband at vodacom shop. 4 and a half years all bills was deducted from ex husbands bank account. 6 months ago, I took out new contract with vodacom and all of a sudden both accounts get decuted from my bank account. Called vodacom call centre couple of times, receive reference numbers for the calls but nothing has been corrected. I was told to complete more forms at a vodacom shop and pay for it to be transferred to exhusband name AGAIN!!!

I receive 2 accounts, one in M van Rooyen's name with his ID number, 2nd one in N Strydom's name with my ID number, but both accounts has the same account number

NO HELP FROM VODACOM!!!
