THE WORSE CALL CENTRE EVER!!!

I have been calling the telkom call centre fro 3 days now. The 10210 number. I merely just want to relocate my service. Each time I have held on for half and hour and NOBODY answers the call. I have moved house already so I am currently paying for a service that I am not using!! There even is infrastructure at the new place so a technician will not even have to come out!!
