Telkom call centre a joke

Have been trying to call Telkom to do an outdoor transfer for almost a week now, their call centre 10210, is literally useless, on the various 5 times that i have call have had to hold for close to an hour with no one answering the fone. And this call centre only works during business hours, going to the local branch in centurion was not helpful either, i was just directed to the fone in the branch to call the call centre. On the telkom website there is no self help option that you can capture you details and what you want to do, and the SProvider can call you back, or self help options on the 10210 number. Telkom need to catch a wake up call.
