Waiting forever and just cannot get through

Hi
I have tried calling the call centre number (10210) and I cannot get through to a consultant to speak to - I would like to downgrade a service on my line to a different option and still keep my current number. I have literally waiting in total for half an hour and cannot get through to anyone - I have even tried calling at 5:15 because I taught I might have some luck. Please can someone assist me??
