Cannot get through!!

I have been trying for two days to get hold of Telkom on their 10210 number!! First time i held on for 38 minuted, second time for 26 minutes. Again for more than half an hour.
Today tried this morning, held on for over 35 minutes. Trying again now and been holding on for 19 minutes. I am moving today and need my line moved!!
Are their phones down or is there no one working!! Bad bad bad!!
