My account with Afrihost went live on the 4th of December. However, my internet did not work until the 27th (after a of a struggle with Afrihost and a Hello Peter report). I was promised that my account would be credited for the time I was offline but this did not happen.
Also, I was charged for a 10Mbps line while I ordered (and received) a 4Mbps line. Afrihost told me to wait until the problem with my connectivity was fixed and then the bill would be fixed. This also did not happen.
I have sent an email almost everyday and have received only one response. All further emails were plainly ignored.
