A while ago i couldn't pay my full bill due to unforeseen issues.

I made a payment of more than half the bill, R350. What do they do? Suspend my account and charge me a 49 reconnection fee. I told them i would not pay that reconnection fee because I made arrangements with them.

Last month I saw that my bill is going up daily, I phoned them and they told me I subscribed to something. I asked them to please cancel it immediately, which they did. Then i asked them for a proof of subscription otherwise i was not going to pay it. I still haven't received it. So when it came to paying my bill, I did what I normally do, subtracted the R49 reconnection fee and also the content (which is that subscription). So I paid my bill (R617.67) except the R134.07 (R49 reconnection fee and R85.07 content). So what do they do!! Suspend my account again (I have about 960 anytime minutes, 1200 sms's and 100 megs data) and tell me I need to pay R183.07 (R49 R85.07 R49) to have my line active again. Now this month I see they are charging me a R15 admin fee as well because I pay by cash (eft). I have asked them numerous times to please show me on my contract where I signed for all those extra charges
