Incorrect billing, shocking service!!!

I went in person to Vodacom Sandton Sq on 01 Nov 2013 to cancel in writing / provide 30 days notice on 2 contracts that had expired. Vodacom only converted one to pre-paid, not the other as requested. Vodacom have overbilled me approx R 600 as I am still being billed but this should have stopped in Dec. The one SIM of has been blocked for some time - not by me yet I was still billed and we I had to buy prepaid. The other no is unable to get top up prepaid despite Vodacom keep saying "it should work". Trying to find the correct CC no on google is an impossibility (all you are bombarded with is rubbish "upgrade" info - in other words, more money for Vodacom!), the msg's, repeats and music are extremely painful, the agents (when they eventually answer!) simply say "I can't help and will trf you"... of course to another agent who also "can't help". The call back service doesn't work! The live chat is a useless service as they too say "I can't help, go to the store". So I drove all the way to the store where I cancelled the contracts to get told by the Manager, "I can't help go to Customer Care". I am waiting for a senior mng to sort out this mess and e-mail me in person.
