I visited the MTN agency on the second level of Centurion Mall on Wednesday 8 January to get my new phone and to upgrade my contract. I arrived at around 17h50. There were approximately 15 people in the shop and ONLY TWO consultants, the third one appeared periodically and then disappeared into an office. Tne gentleman who was in the queue in front of me was assisted around 19h30 just to be told that sim swops cannot be done after 18h00. Eventually my turn came around 19h45, just to be told that they cannot do the upgrade after 18h00 because I have a dual simcard!!! Being in a queue is not one of my most favourite pasttimes!! When they said that to me, I completely lost it!! PLEASE MTN, PUT SIGNPOSTS UP IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENTS FOR CLIENTS TO SEE WHEN YOU DO WHAT!! ALSO, PLEASE ARRANGE FOR MORE STAFF LATE AFTERNOON WHEN PEOPLE COME FROM WORK TO DO THEIR BUSINESS!! The MTN agency in the Centurion Mall must be the worst in the whole world. Please look into the problem
