Worst Service possible

After two complaints already, various emails and calls, my phone has been at the ARC for 6 day's already, when I phoned earlier they said they are sending it back not fixed as the Customer Service dept didn't deleted find my iphone. I did it and ask that the phone needs to be repaired, however they are still sending it back, no manager available to talk to either.

When will Vodacom wake up, they are all promises (I was promised due to their mistakes my phones repairs will be escalated by Eltino Martin) wow what a joke. I see on the internet several compliments about the service he gives, however I only get empty promises.
