Upgrading to a 6MB Uncapped line paying over R700 per month only to sit with a download speed of 0.2-0.9kb/s! What a joke..!

I ran [URL Removed] to find my download speed at 0.45 and upload speed at 0.11..!

Stick to Dial Up, you will save a fortune and not get ripped off!

Support staff's only response is that this is the way it is and they are working on upgrades!?!?!?!?! Why am I paying you so much money then if you cannot deliver? If you are going to charge people a fortune for a service you better be able to deliver if you want to stay in business!
