Empty Promises

The response given to my previous complaint is of no use as I have given up on retaining reference numbers for the complaints, I have also given up in saving any emails send as I keep on getting return emails stating that my emails were deleted without being read by cell c. Instead of trying to contact me with empty promises, why dont cell c just come and install a booster and antenna so that my internet and the 3 cell c phones can atleast be working and used for the purpose it was bought. Phoning me and telling me they are working on it for the last 2 years does not help. Nothing has happened to better my situation. Install a booster and antenna at my premises and give a proper customer service by doing such instead of empty promises. PS: DONT PHONE WITH PRIVATE NUMBERS, THEY ARE BLOCKED ON MY PHONE
