Very disappointed with the service

My phone has not been working for over a month now. I tried phoning but I am getting cut off after holding on for like forever.
When i did get through they insisted the phone is working and they closed the call. On testing and realising the phone is still not working, they re-opend the original call logged on the 19th December 2013 - reference number is 143CRZ191213.
I am truly disappointed in the service, the fact that you have to waite so long to get your query resolved is unacceptable. I have an elderly mother at home alone, and i need the phone working asap.
