From a very disappointed customer.

i have been a very loyal customer since, forever.

i sent my phone in for repairs and got it back five working days later after they claimed they replaced some parts on my phone. i returned with my phone the next day, as my phone had got even worse with regards to the issues.

i booked the phone in and they said that it had to be sent to the head office to be replaced because they need to swap the details of the phone and they could only do it at the head office.

they said it would take 21 working days and it has been 17 working says thus far. so far they have come up with numerous excuses ranging from them having to repair the phone to the latest phone call being that the phone has liquid damage.

my point is they didn't pick this issue up on the first repair booking. they have constructed many excuses.

they have caused me many of a stress and inconvenience of not returning a phone to me in working condition.

i am extremely disappointed and i feel very inclined to escalate this higher.
