Still no call from MTN regarding contract upgrade

Dear Montoa from MTN (REQ: 3003803)
Thank you for getting back me regarding my complaint and telling me someone will phone me to investigate on my query, but still... up to now... no one has phoned me.
And the last two months, Nov and Dec after my complaint on Hello Peter, and numerous requests for this contract to be concelled, there were still money being deducted for the contract on debit order from my account.
What more can I do???
