An upgrade was done on my cell phone contract and Vodacom delivered the phone to the despite my address being listed in their system. i informed vodacom of the activity and was asked to fax a copy of my ID and affidavit. I have not received a call from vodacom to advise on the status of my complaint. when i do call i receive inconsistent information on the query. Vodacom continues to debit my account despite their assertions that the transaction shall be reversed. I want vodacom to treat my complaint seriously as it is costing me money to pay on a contract which they approved without verification. i also want my money reimbursed.
