Swim Swop - Gobsmacked by service

I have been a customer of MTN for more than 14 years. I am quite disappointed with the inefficieny of the service offered by consultants at some of their agencies. I have three cellphone contracts with MTN of which the two numbers are being used by my huband and daughter. It so happened that they both lost their phones over the weekend due to two unfortunate incidencies. Yesterday, 30 September at 11h30 I visited the Cape Town agency opposite the train station to do a swim swop, I was told the printer is not working and therefore they are not able to make a copy. I later went to Cape Gate branch, arrived a about 17h50 and waited in the qeue. Eventually I got to the front of the queue and was informed that swim swop can only be done between 09h00 and 18h00 . Today I gave permission through a letter, and gave my husband the original id to go and do the swim swop. He was informed that they need a sworn affidavit which I then made and fowarded to him via email. He was informed that they an original affidavit. They have my original letter, id with my signature to make comparisms..how pathethic, brainless, inefficient can they be..no sense of urgency at all.
