I ordered ADSL for my residential property on 21 October 2013.

The reference I received then was 87840846A.

I phoned and emailed multiple times last year asking for updates on the installation date and the only response I was ever given was ' We are still investigating'. The last update I received was late November saying they have encountered a problem and they will only be able to give me feedback again in Jan 2014.

I phoned today again, only to hear that my order has been cancelled! I was not informed of this at all. Had I not phoned in, I would have still been waiting on my adsl.

The reason I was given was that there is no adsl coverage in my area. This is utter nonsense since the site office in the estate that I live in is about 20 meters from my house and they have adsl from Telkom.

I provided the landline number of the site office to the consultant. He picked up that they have adsl installed. He has now reopened my order and said he will provide the site office details for the adsl to show that there is in fact coverage.

My reference number is CM1058965.

Please sort this out since I make use of the internet to work from home as well so this is affecting my work.
