Hour and 45 minutes wait for service in store

I went to the MTN store, close to Checkers in Centurion Mall, to find out if I could downgrade a contract. Initially there was 4 people servicing customers & the queue was out the door. Then one decided to go home, whilst there was still a queue out the door. One customer was being helped when I showed up & according to the customer in front of me, who was there 15 minutes before me, said that guy was there when he arrived already. That guy was still being assisted when I eventually made it to the front.By then I was lividly angry... just to watch a screen cover being put on for a client, make a mistake, take it off, put it back on, take if off, put it back on and the queue just got longer and longer. Then they started calling people from behind me to find out what they wanted & proceeded to help the ones who had quicker queries. I in all honesty, cannot understand how it can take anyone an hour and a half to do an upgrade. I had 4 SME cellphones contracts with MTN, currently I have 3. One I am cancelling at end August & the other 2 I will buy out before the end of this year. I refuse to stand in a queue for an hour and 45 minutes every time to do an upgrade or when I have a que
