Good day, today is day 17 since the collection of a phone I havent heard a word from either Vodacom or Elite Mobile. We phoned Vodacom yesterday we were told we must phone Elite Mobile. Phoned Elite Mobile they said we must phone Vodacom cancellation department. Yesterday I received the statement of R494 again for January 2014. Please can I have an update on my query.
